Creating a Magical Morning Routine
Last January I read The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. Hal takes you through his morning routine that sets you up for an awesome day. This routine has six customizable steps: silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, and scribing - SAVERS for short. Each of the savers adds something different to your morning that helps kick start your day. I highly recommend reading the book.
